– John 8:44, but Psalm 2:9 tells of Christ’s guaranteed victory; note 1 John 3:8
2. Christ’s victory over Satan in heaven.
– 12:7-12; is Michael a reference to Christ? (yes, says Calvin)
– Matt.12:28-29; Luke 10:18; John 12:31; Rom.8:1, 33-34; Col.2:15; Satan is a fierce (1 Pet.5:8) but defeated foe
